Currently STORIS has an opening for a Support Technician in our corporate office located in Mount Arlington, New Jersey. The Support Technician will provide effective customer service by resolving basic support issues.

  • Answer incoming helpline calls, obtain specific details about the reported issues, and log helpline cases. Assure accuracy and obtain additional information as needed.
  • Communicate with the client to cover all details/aspects of the issue logged in the case queue. Provide assistance and resolutions to clients by researching and analyzing functional and/or technical issues reported to the help line.
  • Recreate client issues in learn or in-house accounts to analyze and determine the correct resolution or facilitate escalation of issues.
  • Function as a liaison between clients and 3rd party vendors to communicate technical and/or functional information.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good research and analytical skills
  • Team-orientated, as well as an ability to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of working within a database
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to understand procedural concepts.
  • Less than 18 months of customer service
