STORIS currently has an opening for an Infrastructure Technologies Technician to install and maintain the hardware, operating systems, and eCommerce technologies sold in conjunction with our products. This position is located in Mount Arlington, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• STORIS Client supports operating systems, databases, networking, and communication questions and concerns.
• Responsible for maintaining all STORIS-hosted environments for Client and internal infrastructure hosting.
  • Traditional data center and Azure environments.
• eCommerce technologies support.
  • Regular maintenance and issue resolution.
  • Includes websites, APIs, and endpoints.
• Maintain and resolve client and internally logged cases.
  • Provide prompt and courteous resolutions for all Customer Service issues pertaining to the Infrastructure Technologies department.
• Update and maintain technical information in all applicable files.
  • Including all applicable hardware, operating system, and database revisions and upgrades.
• Certification of Hardware for “Approved Peripherals List” to be utilized by Clients and internal Sales.
• Special project assignments may be related to security, certification, database design, or other internal projects.
• After-hours support coverage, upgrades, and co-team assistance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic knowledge of UNIX
• Basic PC networking knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Windows 2019/2022
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow and maintain checklists and prepare documentation.
