STORIS currently has an opening for an Infrastructure Technologies Technician to install and maintain the hardware, operating systems, and eCommerce technologies sold in conjunction with our products. This position is located in Mount Arlington, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Certification of Hardware for “Approved Peripherals List” used by Sales departments.
• Provide testing services for client’s Non-STORIS Hardware, O/S and Communications products to determine compatibility with STORIS application software.
• Learn basic understanding and troubleshooting procedures on all eCommerce technologies.
• Review, assign and route Customer Service issues.
• Provide prompt and courteous resolutions for all Customer Service issues pertaining to Systems Services
• Update and maintain technical information in client file records.
• Assist other STORIS departments, as necessary.
• Work on special projects at the request of management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic knowledge of UNIX
• Basic PC networking knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Windows 20019/2022.
