This exciting position will be responsible for a wide range of sales support functions while building lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct product demos for new and existing sales opportunities
• Handle inbound functional support requests from sales team
• Answer product related technical and functional questions
• Fill out RFI / RFP when needed
• Continuously provide training to sales staff and support future growth
• Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and video calls

Requirements:

• Exceptional presentation skills
• Understand big-ticket retail customer needs and present solution that best solves their problems
• Customer-driven with an adaptable and versatile approach to troubleshooting
• History of consistently meeting (and often exceeding) goals and expectations
• 4+ years of experience in supporting SaaS products
• Excellent communication and video calls (Teams) presentation skills
• Strong references from previous managers/supervisors
